Behind the Photos: August

Slowly little hands mark out shapes onto her paper. She is enthralled in adorable concentration. Finished writing, she puts down her markers with pride. Her joy and satisfaction in her accomplishment is evident in her wide grin as her bright  eyes glance up at us .This little girl attends a local after school program for children along in a very restricted area. Without this program, she may never have the opportunity to learn to read or write - or to hear the Good News of the Gospel!
